Player Evaluation & Development

At CBA Baseball, we conduct a thorough and candid assessment of each athlete’s current abilities. Our expert advice is geared towards creating a personalized development plan that addresses areas needing improvement while enhancing existing strengths.

We are deeply committed to the ongoing growth of our athletes. Our support doesn't end with their college commitment; we continue to ensure that they keep honing their skills so that when they arrive on campus, they are fully prepared to excel and compete at the top level.

 

Player Marketing and Promotion

At CBA Baseball, we promote our athletes to colleges that align with their academic and athletic profiles. We can connect with any school at any level (D1, D2, D3, JUCO, etc.) on behalf of our players, utilizing direct communication with college coaches through texts and phone calls, video updates and follow-up conversations as well as strategic social media promotion.

We also provide guidance on the best events to attend, such as tournaments, showcases, and CBA college camps, to ensure maximum exposure.

Additionally, we create highlight videos that effectively showcase the player's abilities and market to schools that align with each player's skill set throughout the off-season creating a sense of excitement to see that player in game action.

Some players will begin to prepare for the potential of the MLB draft. Our connections with Pro showcase events such as East Coast Pro, Area Code games, etc are vital in the professional process. We make sure our player's are considered for these high profile events.
